# क्या e-way bill रद्द हो सकता है?

हाँ। बनने के 24 घंटे के अंदर e-way bill पोर्टल पर रद्द किया जा सकता है, अगर माल गया ही नहीं या बिल के मुताबिक़ नहीं गया।

रास्ते में जाँच हो जाने के बाद बिल रद्द नहीं होता। यह नियम CGST नियम 2017 के नियम 138 के उप नियम 9 में है। 24 घंटे के बाद बिल सिर्फ़ ख़त्म (लैप्स) हो सकता है, इसलिए डिस्पैच रुके तो जल्दी रद्द करें। बुक किया डिस्पैच रद्द हो तो तुरंत डेस्क को बताएँ।
