The family

## A family business since 1951.

Safe & Secure began in Mumbai in 1951 as a family transport business, carrying other people’s goods by road. The trade has always been personal: a shipper hands over the load because he knows whose name is on the office door, and the family answers for it until it is delivered.

The family still owns and leads the company. Leads Safe & Secure Logistics as Chairman and Managing Director and is a director of the company on its audited accounts. The relationships that carry SSL's customers, branches and truck partners run through him.
