Our Google Business Profile is being set up. Until it is live, send your feedback on WhatsApp and we will share the review link with you the day it opens.

How it works

## Three steps

1. **Open the review link.** Available here as soon as our Google profile is live.
2. **Pick a star rating and write a few lines.** Mention the route or the kind of goods if you like, never a consignment number or price.
3. **Post it.** It appears under your Google name. We reply to every review, good or bad, in public.

## Frequently asked questions

**Why do you ask for Google reviews and not reviews on this site?**

A review is worth something only when someone other than the company checks who wrote it. Google shows the reviewer and the date, and we cannot edit or remove what you write. So we do not publish reviews or star ratings on our own pages.

**Can I review SSL if I only sent one parcel?**

Yes. One carton or a hundred trucks, if you shipped or received goods with us, your experience counts.

**What should I write about?**

Whatever mattered to you: how the pickup went, whether the desk replied quickly, the condition of the goods on arrival, the delivery date against what we said. Please leave out consignment numbers, phone numbers and prices.

**Something went wrong. Where do I tell you first?**

WhatsApp or call +91 75062 45557. The desk logs every complaint and the owner sees each one. You are still free to write a review, good or bad.

**Do you pay or reward people for reviews?**

No. We never pay, discount or reward anyone for a review, and we never ask only happy customers.
