Digital Control Tower
The nerve centre of our operations is a centralised Digital Control Tower that provides a unified view of all shipments, vehicles, depots, and exceptions across our pan-India network. The Control Tower enables:

GPS Fleet Management System
Every vehicle in the Safe & Secure network is equipped with GPS tracking devices providing live location updates every 30 seconds, speed monitoring with configurable speed limits and over-speed alerts, ignition on/off status and idle time tracking, fuel level monitoring with consumption analysis, temperature monitoring for cold chain vehicles, driver behaviour scoring based on speed, braking, and acceleration patterns, and historical trip replay for audit and performance analysis.
Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD)
Our mobile-based ePOD system captures delivery confirmation digitally, eliminating paper-based POD delays and disputes. The ePOD module captures timestamped delivery confirmation with GPS location, digital signature of the receiver, photographic evidence of cargo condition at delivery, delivery exception recording (shortages, damages, refusals), and automatic trigger for invoice generation upon POD upload.
ePOD data flows directly into our billing system, compressing the order-to-cash cycle from weeks to days.
Customer Self-Service Portal
Our customers access a dedicated online portal providing real-time shipment tracking without login for basic tracking, detailed order management with booking, modification, and cancellation, POD download and digital archive, invoice viewing, download, and payment status, MIS reports including transit time analysis, exception reports, and spend analytics, rate card management and quotation requests, and claim filing and tracking.
The portal reduces customer service calls, accelerates information access, and provides the transparency that enterprise customers demand from their logistics partners.
Pricing & Rate Engine
Our technology-driven pricing engine ensures competitive yet profitable pricing through lane-level rate benchmarking using historical data, dynamic pricing adjustments based on demand, capacity, and fuel costs, customer-specific rate card management with approval workflows, automated rate guardrails preventing below-cost pricing, quotation generation with configurable validity periods, and rate variance analysis for continuous optimisation.
Analytics & Business Intelligence
