Position: HR Executive

Experience: 4–5 Years

Location: Wadala Truck Terminal (Nearest Station: GTB Nagar)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Manpower Planning

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, operations, and field-level positions.
  • Source profiles through references, consultants, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews.
  • Ensure Pre-Joining formalities are completed.
  • Prepare offer letters and ensure timely closure of positions.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Manage employee joining formalities and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.
  • Conduct structured induction programs covering company policies, HR processes, and code of conduct.
  • Coordinate with departments for role-specific induction.

Training & Development

  • Assist in planning and organizing internal training programs.
  • Maintain training records and attendance.
  • Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.

Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Coordinate end-to-end PMS cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Support managers and employees in PMS-related queries.
  • Compile appraisal data and prepare reports for management review.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records and HR MIS.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR systems.
  • Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Qualification

Graduate / MBA or PGDM in HR or related field.
