HMV or HPMV licence with trailer experience
Three years or more on multi axle vehicles
Comfortable reversing and parking long vehicles

Checks the coupling, lashing and lights
Plans halts around permitted hours and routes
Drives slowly through ghats and towns
Reports every delay to the desk
