How it works, in detail
A control tower is one system and one team that sees every shipment across every carrier, flags exceptions as they happen and measures performance against the plan. A 4PL is accountable for the whole network, including trucks that are not its own.
Ours reconciles the daily indent, placement against indent, loading, trips, live GPS and reefer temperature, depot detention, SAP movement data, proofs of delivery and transporter KPIs into one record. Stale data is labelled stale, never shown as live. It runs on web and mobile with automated daily MIS.
