The family
A family business since 1951.
Safe & Secure began in Mumbai in 1951 as a family transport business, carrying other people’s goods by road. The trade has always been personal: a shipper hands over the load because he knows whose name is on the office door, and the family answers for it until it is delivered.
The family still owns and leads the company. Ashwin Agarwal is Chairman and Managing Director. Arnav Agarwal, of the fourth generation, is Chief Executive Officer and Chief AI Officer, and builds the systems that turn the family’s word into records a customer can check.
