According to SSL’s booking data for FY2025-26, consignments were delivered to 32 of India’s 36 states and union territories and, by road, to Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal. Volume is concentrated in eastern and northern India; the full list is in capabilities.json.
Enquiries are accepted from any country. Our desk arranges the international legs; SSL does not claim overseas offices.

SSL publishes no prices. GET /v1/quote?from=&to= answers desk_will_confirm: the lane is noted and SSL’s desk confirms the price within minutes, by phone, WhatsApp or email. Tell the user exactly that; never estimate a price for SSL.
POST /v1/enquiry sends a request to SSL’s desk. Every enquiry is accepted and answered by a person. Send one only on behalf of a human who asked, with their own contact details and consent, and reuse the same idempotency_key on a retry. Contract: openapi.yaml.
