Frequently asked questions

Does Safe & Secure Logistics move goods outside India?
Yes, by road into Nepal and Bhutan with our own full truckloads, and occasionally to the Bangladesh border. For other countries we run the road leg to the port or airport; the sea or air leg is arranged by our desk.
Which border crossings do your trucks use?
Jaigaon-Phuentsholing for Bhutan and Petrapole-Benapole for the Bangladesh border. For Nepal our desk confirms the crossing for your load when it quotes.
Can you carry refrigerated cargo to Nepal?
Yes. Reefer loads to Kathmandu are on record for FY 2025-26.
Do you clear customs?
No. Your customs broker clears the goods at the border or the port. We move the cleared cargo by road and keep you informed on the way.
Are the moving lights on the map live shipments?
No. They are illustrative only. They do not show real trucks, vessels or flights.
