Terms
Using this website.
This page covers the website. Freight itself is booked under the consignment terms your desk confirms in writing.
Information on the site
We work to keep the facts, figures and maps on this site accurate and say where each figure comes from. Figures describe past operations and are not promises of future service. Transit times are estimates.
Prices
Any approximate shown after you verify your contact is a guide only. The final price is confirmed by our desk in writing before booking.
Specialist legs
For air, sea, rail, customs and other specialist legs, our desk arranges the movement and the confirmation you receive states who carries each leg.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate details, do not misuse the forms, tools or codes, and do not attempt to scrape or overload the site.
