Your details, handled with care.
We collect only what we need to answer you and move your goods. You can ask us to show, correct or erase it at any time.
What we collect
- When you enquire: name, phone, email, company, what you want to move, from where to where, and the message you send. If you give us a consignment number to track or rate, we keep it only in a scrambled (hashed) form.
- When you verify with a code: the phone or email you verify. The code itself is never stored in readable form and expires in minutes.
- When you use the site: which pages and tools you used before asking, and how you arrived (search, link, WhatsApp), so we can answer better. No advertising profiles.
- Surveys: your answers. Staff surveys are anonymous and store no identifier. Client and partner surveys keep your name only if you allow it.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, confirm a price, arrange pickup and delivery, keep you updated, prevent spam and fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your details. We share them only with the desk, branch or partner operator that must act on your request, and with providers that send our messages for us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for the period needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then removed or anonymised on a schedule. Ask us sooner if you wish.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, export or erase your details, to withdraw consent, or to complain. Write to corporatesales@sslpl.in or marketing@sslpl.in. We answer within 30 days.
Messages we send
We message you only in reply to your request, or to verify a contact you gave us. Reply STOP on WhatsApp or SMS at any time and we stop.
Overseas visitors
If you are in the EU, UK or elsewhere with local privacy law, the same rights apply and we will honour them. Your details may be processed in India.
