Safe & Secure Logistics (SSL) is a privately held logistics company based in Mumbai, India. It carries goods by road in part loads and full truckloads, and runs refrigerated transport and truck placement for manufacturers. The company’s logo gives its founding year as 1951.[1] In FY2025-26 it moved goods with a declared value of ₹11,000 Cr+.[1]
History
The business began as the Agarwal family’s road transport concern and is still owned and run by the family. It trades today as Safe & Secure Logistics Private Limited, with its head office at Wadala, Mumbai. The company is an approved transporter of the Indian Banks’ Association (Code CAS-1259, valid to 31 Dec 2027).[3] Earlier dates, including the place where the business started, are still being checked against company records and are not given here.
Operations
In FY2025-26 the company booked 5.1 lakh consignments carrying 1.9 crore+ packages and 6.7 lakh tonnes of charged weight.[1] Most consignments were part loads. In the twelve months to August 2026 it made 76,000+ truck hires and mobilised 21,000+ distinct trucks from its hired network.[1] Management states the group fleet at 600+ vehicles; this figure has not been counted from the register.[1]
The revenue of the wider Safe & Secure Group is stated by its owner as ₹1,350 Cr. It is not the revenue of any single company, and the value of goods moved is not revenue.[1]

The company’s records show 110+ branches and offices.[1] In FY2025-26 its consignments reached 2,000+ destinations over 10,000+ origin-to-destination lanes.[1] Deliveries also crossed the border by road to Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh.[2] See the delivered places map and the lane directory.

Technology
The company operates its own control tower for refrigerated fleets. It records live GPS position and temperature for each truck it watches, and keeps one record of each order, the truck placed, the trip, the delivery and any waiting time at the dock. It runs for a national frozen food manufacturer’s cold chain across several transporters.[5]
