Tell us the lane, the load and your deadline. Our desk replies once with price, vehicle, transit days and the terms that matter, or says plainly what it must confirm first.

What one reply contains
So nobody has to ask a second time
- The vehicle we would place, chosen from your weight, volume and stack height
- The rate per trip in rupees, and whether freight is paid or to-pay
- Transit time in days, and the latest pickup time for the next departure
- Detention: the free hours, the after-free rate and when the clock starts
- Whether loading and unloading are inside the freight or extra
- Documents: who prepares the e-way bill and what is printed on the LR
- How long the quotation stays valid
Have many lanes? Fill in the lane template (CSV) and send it with the form, or send your own RFQ sheet as it is.
Honest about who does what
What we run, what we confirm, what partners carry
Run by SSL
Part and full truckload, road reefer, milk-run loops, port haulage, and road freight across the Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh borders. We quote these directly.
Confirmed first
Packed chemicals and coatings (a hazard-class check), food loads (a previous-load declaration), Northeast hill roads (a road-open check) and perishable export. You get a yes or no first, and a rate only after it passes.
Through partners
Sea, air, rail, customs and charter legs. The reply marks the partner figure as an estimate and prices our own road leg separately.
