Choose mentee, mentor or reverse mentor, and tell us your topic and languages.
We read and match
A person reads every sign-up and looks for a sensible match. If there is none yet, we tell you and keep your details with your consent.
An introduction
We introduce both people by phone or email, with a short note on why the match makes sense.
You set the rhythm
The pair agrees how often to meet and what to work on. We check in once to ask if it is useful.
Mentorship is being designed with the first mentors and mentees.
There is no fixed cohort, calendar or roster of named mentors on this page yet. Every sign-up is read by a person; matches are made one at a time and only when they make sense for both sides.
